Pradhan’s main focus are into construction and marketing of apartments and construction consultancy. Pradhan has successfully constructed within time and budget more than 50 apartments at various locations in Bangalore till date. Pradhan has completed 3 major projects till date in Bangalore. The initial 2 projects at Indiranagar (Pradhan Hive, 8 luxury apartments) and at BTM Layout (Pradhan Ibis, 8 apartments) were constructed on a consultancy basis. Both the projects were completed on time and within planned budget to the satisfaction of the land owners.Pradhan was involved in the marketing of these apartments as well.

“Pradhan Wren” at RPC Layout, Vijayanagar, Bangalore was the first independent project by Pradhan. “Pradhan Wren” has 24 apartments (2 and 3 bedroom apartments) all of which were sold within 6 months of launching of the project. The project was started in April 2004 and completed by December 2005. No external financial assistance was taken for this project. Initial funds required was put in by Pradhan and the rest were collected as bookings from the buyers.

The quality of construction of Pradhan’s first two projects along with its timely completion was the USP which helped Pradhan complete “Pradhan Wren” without any need of loans/financial assistance from the banks or other institutions. The successful completion of the projects has created a pool of happy customers who are keen on investing in future projects of Pradhan and have given good reference about Pradhan to their family and friends which has helped create a buzz even before the launch of Pradhan’s upcoming project near BTM 6th Stage.
